Maryanne (Brawn) Pratt

MIRROR LAKE -- Maryanne Pratt, 76, of Union Wharf Road, died Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Concord Hospital Laconia.

Maryanne was born on November 9, 1949 in Everett, MA. She is the daughter of James Kenneth Brawn, Sr and Bernadette Ann (Gill) Brawn.

Maryanne attended St Rose's Academy in Chelsea, MA. Highly proficient in math skills, Maryanne went on to a career with the IRS. She loved her job and made many friends while there.

Maryanne loved above all to laugh and to make others laugh. She is known to say quite often "I'm FUNNY"! Most of her pastimes were word games and puzzles, card games, cryptograms, Scrabble and the like. Maryanne also loved watching movies from her extensive VHS and DVD collection, eating comfort food and drinking Coke!

Maryanne is survived by her one and only child, her son Stephen Pratt of North Carolina, her grandson Connor, granddaughter Keaton and her sisters Patricia Nisbet (James, her husband) and Bernadette Grieves (Stephen, her husband) as well as many nieces and nephews.
 

Maryanne is predeceased by her parents James K. and Bernadette Brawn Sr., her beloved husband Harold Pratt as well as her two brothers James K. Brawn, Jr., and Michael K. Brawn, Sr.
